At Holywell, we value strong, open relationships with our families and community. Most concerns can be quickly resolved through a conversation and we always encourage you to speak to us in the first instance so we can work together to find a way forward.

If something hasn’t been resolved, or you feel it needs to be taken further, our complaints procedure sets out a clear and fair process. We are committed to handling all concerns with care, respect and honesty and to learning from feedback so that we can continue to improve what we offer for our children.
