Every week, in order to support learning in school, please ensure that your child:
- Reads 5 times and record these reads in this reading diary
- Practises maths number facts – the weekly focus will be recorded in this diary
- Practises the spelling pattern of the week – the focus for the week will be recorded in this diary
- Completes the grammar task set weekly
- Completes the Mymaths set weekly
- In addition, a learning mat will be sent home at the start of a new history, geography or science topic
