Home Learning Expectations
Every week, in order to support learning in school, please ensure that your child:
- Reads 5 times each week at home and record these reads in their reading diary.
- Practises maths number facts – the current focus will be recorded in their Reading Diary.
- Practises the phonics/spelling pattern of the week – the focus for the week will be recorded in their Reading Diary.
- In addition, a Learning Mat will be sent home at the start of a new history, geography or science topic.
