Year 1 Make Peg Dolls

Year 1 have had great fun making their own peg dolls this week. Children in Victorian Times would have done this using old clothes pegs – some of us still enjoy making these at home today!

Is anybody out there?

After reading ‘The Way Back Home’ by Oliver Jeffers in English and seeing the walkie talkie the Martian sent the boy in the story, we decided to make our own string telephones. we had great fun investigating how they worked.  .
