Holywell Primary and Nursery School

Robinson Opticians’ Art Competition

Children in Years 1-6 entered a competition to design a poster to promote the importance of early eye tests for children, for local small business, Robinson Opticians in Rubery. The competition was opened up to the local primary schools with the prize being £100 cash for their school and a goody bag for the winners.  We are pleased to announce that our school won both overall winner and runner-up! Maisie Gauntlett (Year 2) was the overall winner and Cody Yates (Year 5) was the runner-up.  Well done girls! We are very proud of you.  Thank you to everyone who entered as all the entries were fantastic!
