Our second autumn topic got off to an exciting start with the visit of 3 Police Officers, who asked the children for their help in finding clues to a staged break-in, in the new Phiz Lab room.
The children searched for clues within the room, which may have lead to the identification of a criminal. They looked for fingerprints, footprints, DNA evidence in the form of bloodstains and chewing gum, and tools and equipment the criminal had used.
The Police Officers bought a National Fingerprint Form for each of the children to complete with their fingers, thumbs and hand prints.
A great afternoon was enjoyed by us all.
